Product Description
ODOT B series is integrated I/O module with modular combinations inside. The integrated IO module could lower the cost when there are few data points.
The COMM board and extended IO module modules could be freely combined based on site requirements.
The power supply and COMM board are at the bottom, and the IO module communicates with the COMM board through the backplane
(the green module as below).
It could support expansion max of 4 IO slots (only 2 IO slots are installed in below diagram).
Function:
*B32 BOX-32,32 channel sets 3 slots, slot 0 is adapter slot, slot 1/2 is I/O module slot.
*B64 BOX-64 ,32 channel sets 5 slots, slot 0 is adapter slot, slot 1/2/3/4 is IO module slot.
*Slot 0 can be optionally configured with Modbus TCP/Modbus RTU communication module,
Profinet *communication module, EtherCAT communication module.
*Slot Slot 1/2/3/4 can be freely selected according to customer I/O requirements.
*Support up to 32 channels I/O.
*Working Temperature: -40~85ºC.

Module features
- the module supports 8-channel digital input, and supports source type and sink type two-way input. The input voltage is 0V/24VDC. The input high level (sink type) is valid and the module it could be connected to PNP sensor while the input low level (source type) is valid, and the module it could be connected to NPN sensor.
- the module supports 8-channel digital output, output high level is valid, and the output voltage is 24VDC.
- the module input channel can collect digital output signal of field equipment. (dry contact or active output).
- the module input channel can be connected to the 2-wire or 3-wire digital sensor.
- the module input channel supports 32-bit counter for each channel, the counting frequency < 200Hz.
- the input channel of the module can set the digital signal input filtering time and the byte transfer order of the counter.
- the input channel of the module can set the counting mode and counting direction independently.
- the module output channel can drive field equipment. (relay, solenoid valve, etc.)
- the output channel of the module is equipped with short circuit, thermal shutdown and overvoltage protection functions.

And our mentor Kevin Wang LED us all the way until now since we started as a technical company.
In the Past in 2003, ODOT Automation was founded by Mr. Wang, and started as a project company in the Mianyang City.
We built projects with a widely range from PA to FA by our engineering team, and during these time we found profit is dropping while materials keeps on going.
This causes less competitive for our project and Mr. Kevin decided to change everything.
In 2013, we started to build our product with the years of experience we gained from the project.
The first product is ODOT-DPM01, a modbus-RTU to Profibus-DP gateway. And immediately in response to market demands we have developed an all-encompassing automation data solution from controller to sensors and actuators to I/o system via the most popular fieldbuses and ETHERNET standards.
In 2021, Our first PLC based on Codesys was test successful, and in 2022 it will be ready in the market.
In these years of experience, at the beginning we have started from 11 employees to today with 30 technicians and to 70+ employees. We have built a long-term relationship and trust with our customers. We are always happy to provide value added services to beyond customer requirements and expections.
